When it comes to plant construction and CNC contract manufacturing, we offer our customers in collaboration with our subsidiary Rathgeber GmbH the production of entire plants, assemblies and small series as well as precision and spare parts in almost all sizes and variants. Rathgeber has decades of experience and customer relations in this area, which is why this business unit is also mainly managed by Rathgeber.
At Schweiger tooling GmbH, large components and assemblies are manufactured in particular.
In addition to the machining of large sizes, the machinery also allows the production of small series and precision parts in the area of eroding, wire cutting, deep hole drilling and milling including 3D milling. CNC turning and CNC grinding are mainly carried out at Rathgeber at the Innsbruck/Tyrol location.
Whether small and individual parts or assembly of entire subassemblies - short processing times and reliably on-time deliveries are a matter of course for us.
